You can also join if you live in the Dallas area and plan on attending services in person once in-person church services resume. Please see the "Join Church" in the navigation bar to learn more.

How Can I Be Saved?

If you would like to be saved, all you need to do is confess that Jesus is your Lord and Savior and you can be saved. We are currently halting baptisms due to the current pandemic but you can always contact our Baptism Ministry at the church to begin to foster your new relationship with Christ. Please email baptism@friendshipwest.org to learn more.

Why are your services only available online?

We are commanded both to love God with all our being and to love our neighbor as ourselves!  Consequently, we are compassionately concerned for the safety and well-being of people in general and of our members, staff, volunteers, and visitors. To be clear, we have not closed the church; we have merely been redeployed. However, in an attempt to limit the spread of the novel Coronavirus and the impact of COVID-19, we have temporarily closed our facilities to the public and taken our services online. As we continue to practice the best safety protocols, only essential staff is allowed on site during services.  Please check our website and join us online not only on Sundays but for all of our service offerings.

How does your church help those in need?

Wow! We are so glad you asked! Friendship-West is here to be a game-changing Christian movement that fights for justice all while creating the beloved community. We do this through services like giving scholarships to college/grad students, feeding our VIPs (a.k.a. those who are houseless), supporting our Faith Formula Human Services organization (provides food, housing, and other services for those in need), and community outreach. We also believe that there would be no need for services if we lived in a JUST society. So we work on the other side with our social justice ministry which fights for fair lending practices, criminal justice reform, enivronmental justice, acceptable zoning, voting rights and more. You can learn more about our services and justice ministry by going to the Resources and/or Justice page.

How can I contact the Church?
