• Oversee programming and ministry for children, including Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, summer programs, Saturday school, and special events.

• Engage, equip, and empower parents to lead and disciple their children.

• Provide pastoral care for children and their families, including hospital visits and follow-up.

• Educate children on their spiritual heritage and address social issues or public policies affecting their lives.

• Coordinate and oversee ceremonies such as Baby Dedications and Baptisms.

• Plan and manage special events like summer programs, back-to-school activities, Christmas programs, and Resurrection Sunday services.

• Cast an innovative vision for holistic ministry that addresses the needs of Black children while being inclusive of other ethnicities.
