Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at West Occasions at Friendship-West Baptist Church and Conference Center. To prepare for our first meeting regarding your event, we ask that you complete this rental proposal form. The form has been developed so that we may assist you in planning your event and provide you with an estimate of fees and expenses. After submitting this form, you can expect to receive a response to your inquiry within 48 hours. Please choose an alternate date in case your first choice has already been reserved.
