2011 TAX STATEMENTS
Statements for the tax year 2011 are available online

1) Click here the Login
2) Enter your email address or member number and password
3) Select the “Contribution History” tab
4) Select ‘Year”
5) Specify tax statement dates
6) Click “view statement”

If you have moved or your email address has changed recently, please update that information immediately by contacting Stephanie Johnson at sjohnson@friendshipwest.org or 972.228.5200 ext. 241. If your email address is current in our system and you forgot your password select “forgot password” and your log in information will be emailed directly to you. You will also be able to update your membership information online. If you do not have access to a computer, please call 972.228.5200 ext. 347. If you are age 55 or older, your statements will be mailed to the address that is currently on file.

Please do not contact the business office concerning statements until after February 6, 2012. Statements will not be available for pick-up.
